ShurPointe, Ltd. focuses on the unique needs of small to medium sized businesses.  Lacking layers of high level management and a diversified board of directors, entrepreneurs often use our staff as their "go-to person" and sounding board; this is our most vital role.  Our clients know we deliver a highly dynamic entrepreneurial perspective to compliment the traditional accounting relationship.  And, they also know that we treasure the words "wow, you are not the typical accountant".

We believe the saying "out of sight, out of mind" has particular relevance in our profession; thus, core services which encompass planning, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation are typically performed regularly, throughout the year.  Advisory and coaching services are available as needed or desired and regular ongoing services often highlight their potential benefits. 

We help business owner's bridge gaps in many areas of business and personal planning to enhance overall quality of life and business value. To properly solve this puzzle, it is often critical to prioritize where an entrepreneur places the highest value when considering time, money, and peace of mind.  As businesses evolve through their life cycles, we monitor if and how values change and help owners adjust accordingly.  We are often asked "why hasn't anyone ever asked these questions before"... and, this often occurs during the initial consultation.

We service clients primarily in our local community which includes area in and surrounding Bucks County, Pennsylvania. However, we have many clients operating in other PA counties as well as other states.

We do not subcontract bookkeeping, accounting or tax services out of the country or to others outside of our office. We retain tight control of our quality and we are aware of the many inherent issues and risks associated with privacy, identity theft, and the possible loss of information.
